Quick Tips to boost your health!

Do you ever feel like your in a rut? Does your life feels like it is spiraling out of control and you are at a loss as to how to make it stop? Sometimes investing in yourself can be the catalyst you need to start putting everything back together. Thinking about you first gives you the strength you need to play the many roles that you have in your life. Here are some boosters to invest into your health


  • Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables are packed with vitamins, minerals, and fiber, which are essential for good health. Aim to eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables per day.

  • Choose whole grains over refined grains. Whole grains are a good source of fiber and other nutrients. Choose whole-wheat bread, pasta, and cereal over White versions.

  • Choose lean protein sources. Lean protein sources, such as chicken, fish, and beans, are low in saturated fat and calories.

  • Limit unhealthy fats. Unhealthy fats, such as saturated and trans fats, can increase your risk of heart disease and other health problems. Limit your intake of red meat, processed meats, and fried foods.

  • Limit added sugar. Added sugar is a major source of empty calories. Limit your intake of sugary drinks, candy, and pastries.

  • Drink plenty of water. Water is essential for good health and can help you feel your best. Aim to be conscious of your water intake and make a concerted effort to drink more.

Do not try to “fix” everything about your diet at once. Take steps to be more mindful about incorporating these changes into your life and slowly but surely you will notice the change! YOU CAN DO IT! 🙂
