Hello, I'm Nomi!
Like any Jewish mother, I struggle to find the balance between giving to others and my own self-care. I understand the difficulty of juggling a busy schedule while trying to find the time to invest in myself. My path to becoming a dietitian was not simple. I got married and had two (very wonderful!) children while in school. Although I had many meaningful distractions in my life, I kept my eye on the goal because I want to be able to help people just like you (and me).

Within our culture, food is at the very center. With shabbat, chagim, and family gatherings, it can feel like too much at times. I am here to guide you and encourage you with the knowledge and skills that will help you appreciate the beauty of these events without feeling the anxiety associated with "cheating" on your diet. You deserve to enjoy these family moments without being plagued by felings of guilt!
